I’m a dedicated educational leader with over 25 years of experience focused on elevating student achievement, empowering teachers, and developing responsive school systems. Passionate about strategic school transformation, I use the Lippitt-Knoster model for Complex Change to create sustainable, effective structures and processes. In my role as Principal, I’ve led initiatives that foster student success, strengthen teacher performance, and build a trauma-responsive, nurturing school environment. My expertise in multi-tiered support systems has driven improvements in social-emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes, establishing a culture where all students flourish.

Having served as a classroom teacher, Dean, Math and Science Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and Principal, I bring a comprehensive view of education to my work. A core focus of my work has been in creating trauma-responsive practices that prioritize students’ well-being alongside their academic growth. I’ve developed robust systems that integrate social-emotional learning and behavioral resources to foster a safe, supportive school culture. Teaming with compassionate educators and community partners, I’ve helped provide resources that extend care beyond the classroom. This work has supported students and also serves as a model for other leaders aiming to build resilient, responsive school communities.
